Registration JadiKing is simple and free. Head to the Register, fill in your full name, username, email, Malaysian phone number and password. Verify your email and your account will be ready in under 2 minutes. You must be 18 years and above to register.

The minimum age to register and play at JadiKing is 18 years old. This is a non-negotiable policy. All applicants are required to verify their age upon registration, and jadiking reserves the right to request verification documents (MyKad) at any time.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at JadiKing. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our support team.

Yes, you can update your email address and phone number via the Account Settings section after logging in. For email changes, OTP verification to your existing phone number is required. For phone number changes, verification via your existing email is required. These are security measures in place to protect your account.

To permanently close your account, contact our support team via live chat and submit your request. Please ensure all remaining balances have been withdrawn beforehand. Alternatively, you may use the Permanent Self-Exclusion via the Responsible Gaming settings if the reason for closure is related to a gambling problem.
Deposits & Withdrawals

JadiKing accepts a wide range of Malaysian payment methods, including: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, ShopeePay, Boost, Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks and other local bank transfers. All these methods are available 24/7, and deposits are typically credited within under 1 minute.

The minimum deposit at JadiKing is RM30 for most payment methods. Deposits via Touch 'n Go and DuitNow are free of any additional charges. There is no maximum deposit limit set for standard accounts, though VIP accounts enjoy higher deposit limits.

Withdrawals at JadiKing processed within 5–15 minutes for most methods. Withdrawals via FPX or bank transfer may take up to 1–2 hours depending on the receiving bank. Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification (KYC), which can take up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal at JadiKing is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level — standard members can withdraw up to RM10,000 per day, while Diamond VIP members enjoy higher limits. Contact support for full details on VIP withdrawal limits.

If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, don't worry. First, check whether the transaction was successful in your e-wallet or banking app. If it was, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and contact our support team JadiKing via live chat with that proof. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 30 minutes.

JadiKing does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers such as banks or e-wallets may apply their own charges depending on the transaction type. Check with your payment provider for details on any fees that may apply on their end.

After registering and making your first deposit, head to the "Promotions" section in your account JadiKing and click "Claim" on the Welcome Bonus offer. The bonus is credited instantly once your deposit is confirmed. The bonus amount depends on the size of your first deposit. Please review the applicable rollover terms before claiming.

Rollover (also known as turnover or wagering requirement) refers to how many times you need to wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you need to place bets totalling RM500 (RM100 × 5) before the bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. jadiking's rollover requirements are among the lowest in the industry.

Yes! JadiKing offers weekly cashback to all active members. The cashback rate is based on your VIP level — ranging from 0.5% for Bronze members to 2% for Diamond members. Cashback is calculated on your net losses for the week and credited to your account every Monday. There is no rollover requirement on cashback received.

Your free bet will appear under the "Promotions" or "Bonus" section in your account. To use it, select the match you want to bet on, enter your stake amount, and choose "Use Free Bet" from your betting options. Winnings from a free bet (minus the original stake value) will be credited as withdrawable cash once the applicable conditions have been met.

Every member at JadiKing has their own unique referral code. When your friend signs up using your code and makes their first deposit, you will instantly receive a referral bonus. Yes! JadiKing supports Mix Parlay betting, where you can combine up to 15 selections from different matches on a single ticket. The odds for each selection are multiplied together, creating the potential for much larger winnings. However, all selections must win for the parlay to succeed. A minimum of two selections is required.

Generally speaking, bets cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed. However, a Cash Out option is available on certain bets before the match ends — allowing you to lock in a partial win or cut your losses before the final result. Cash Out availability depends on the match type and current odds.

If a match is postponed and does not resume within 12 hours, the bet will be considered void and your funds will be fully refunded to your JadiKing account. For parlay bets, the voided selection will be removed from the parlay and the odds will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.

VIP Programme & Rewards

Programme VIP Rewards JadiKing has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Every RM you wager earns VIP points. Accumulate points to advance to higher tiers and enjoy benefits such as higher cashback, increased withdrawal limits, a dedicated personal account manager, and exclusive birthday rewards. VIP points are calculated on a cumulative basis throughout the month.

VIP Points determine your VIP level your points are calculated monthly – points that do not reach the minimum threshold within a month will be reset the following month. However, reward points which can be converted into non-expiring bonuses as long as your account remains active. Log in at least once every 90 days to prevent your account from being marked as inactive.

Log in to your account JadiKing your account, go to the "VIP Rewards" or "My Points" section. There you can view your total accumulated points and available redemption options. Select the number of points to convert and choose your preferred reward type (deposit bonus, free bet, or cashback). Rewards will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
